Smaland Baltimor Trilium (pictured) made her way to the 2013 Door County Fair Junior Show. Shown by Jake Babler, she stood third in a good class of two year olds. Trilium is the first home-bred animal from the home herd to be shown since her dam, Smaland Encore Triska, was shown in 2007 & 2008 as a heifer.

District 7 Holstein Show
June 2012
2012 was the first time since 1999 that Smaland was at the District Holstein Show, which was also held in Sturgeon Bay at the Door County Fairgrounds. 1999 was the year Adam showed Smaland Inert Chasity, from the Isabell family, as a Winter Calf to begin her show career.
The 2012 District 7 Holstein Show was a success for Smaland owned heifers, the most successful since our first year when we placed first, with Isabell's first daughter, and third with the other heifer we brought along. The results of this year's adventure resulted in two top ten finishes. Willows-Edge Hvezda Pageant stood fifth in the Fall Yearling Heifer class while Birdsalwa-Smalnd Dixilee-ET stood ninth in a deep class of Summer Yearling Heifers.
